Very simple but I get tons of compliments on it.

Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi

6 oz Mahi Mahi Steaks
0.13 cup Chopped Pecans
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi

  1. Preheat Oven to 400

  2. Spray bottom of glass pan (size depending on how many you are making).

  3. Lay Mahi Mahi in pan

  4. Mix together the crumbs, parmesan and chopped pecans.

  5. Drizzle Olive Oil into crumb mixture and mix until its crumbly.

  6. Press crumble onto top of fish.

  7. Bake about 10-15 mins (it really depends on how thick your fish is) or until fish flakes in the middle.
