1 cup flaked coconut
2/3 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons margarine
1 egg

Recipe Directions for pecan coconut topping

  1. Melt butter in pan on med high heat.

  2. Add milk, egg, and brown sugar.

  3. Bring to bubble, cook 1 minute.

  4. Stir in coconut and chopped nuts.
