Super simple granola. Great for holiday occasions.

Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Cinnamon Granola

4 1/2 cups Oats
1/3 cups Pecans
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 cup Brown sugar, Dark
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Raisins

Recipe Directions for Pecan Cinnamon Granola

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. In a medium size bowl combine, Oats, Pecans, Cinnamon, Salt and Raisins.

  2. In a second bowl, Whisk, Dark Brown Sugar, Pineapple Juice, and Oil. Pour Mixture over dry mixture and stir until Oats mixture is thoroughly coated.

  3. Place mixture into a 9 x13 cake pan and bake for 25 minutes. Stir every 8 minutes until oats are toasted.

  4. Remove form oven and let cool completely. Store in an air tight container.

  5. Makes 9, 1/2 cup servings.
