Recipe Ingredients for Peas and Walnuts

1 1/2 cup snow peas
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Peas and Walnuts

  1. Blanch the peas in salted water. Drain and set aside.

  2. Melt the butter and toast the walnuts.

  3. Add sage, oregano and dash of Accent.

  4. Add the peas. Toss and saute for about 5 minutes.

  5. Serve warm, room temperature, or chilled.
