Recipe Directions for peas-potato curry

cube two medium size potatoes and steam them with 1 cup of fresh peas. Heat 1/2 table spoon of oil in pan and add cumin seed, red chili powder,turmeric powder,curry powder , ginger garlic paste and puree of onion and tomatoes. Cooked the gravy till the onions and tomatoes are cooked and the gravy changes the color. Add half cup of water and add the steamed vegetables and salt to taste. Mix it properly and coo for another 5 minutes. Lastly add fistful of chopped cilantro on top of the cooked vegetable. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
