Recipe Ingredients for Peas and carrots stir fry

1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 1/2 tsp Margarine, Regular, Unspecified Oils
1 1/2 cup Frozen Sweet Peas

Recipe Directions for Peas and carrots stir fry

  1. Clean carrot and slice it into long strips with a vegetable peeler

  2. In a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium

  3. Add carrots and season

  4. Let it cook and stir occasionally, until crisp-tender

  5. Add peas and cook stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, until peas are heated through
