Organic baby greens plus a fresh crisp asian pear, topped off with scallions and walnuts. My favorite dressing is Trader Joe's Champagne Pear Vinaigrette with Gorgonzola Cheese. Only 23 calories per tablespoon!

1 1/2 cup (40g) lettuce
1/8 cup walnuts, chopped
7 g scallion, chopped
85 g asian pear, chopped

Recipe Directions for Pear Walnut Salad

  1. Add the pear, the walnuts and the scallion to the lettuce

  2. Toss everything together with salad dressing

  3. Serve
