Recipe Ingredients for Pear and Walnut Salad with Pomegranate and Blue Cheese

3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
8 oz mixed baby greens
2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
87 g pomegranate seeds
1/3 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Pear and Walnut Salad with Pomegranate and Blue Cheese

In a large bowl, mix vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper to make a dressing. Add greens, pears, pomegranate seeds and walnuts and mix gently to coat. Divide salad among 4 plates and top each with aobut 1 tbsp blue cheese.
