Recipe Ingredients for pear granola muffin

1 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Lemon Peel
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
0.33 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
25 grams low gi berry meusli
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 dash Salt, Table
0.67 cup slices Pears

Recipe Directions for pear granola muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Whisk together egg white, lemon juice and zest, and oil until blended.

  3. Stir flours and sugar together

  4. Mix in meusli, baking powder, salt, nutmeg; add pear and toss to coat.

  5. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture.

  6. Add 1/3 cup water.

  7. Divide among six muffin cups.

  8. Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
