Recipe Ingredients for pear and goat cheese salad

1/2 lb romaine lettuce
1 pear, diced
2 slices onion
2 oz goat cheese
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for pear and goat cheese salad

  1. cut or tear lettuce.

  2. Cut pear into chunks

  3. slice onion and cut slice in half

  4. cut the goat cheese into chunks

  5. toss all ingredients

  6. Serve
