Recipe Ingredients for Pear-a-dise Muffins

1 cup pastry flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup pears,canned, sliced

Recipe Directions for Pear-a-dise Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Butter muffin pan or line with paper cups.

  3. Mix fours,soda,baking powder,salt,cinnamon,and nutmeg together.

  4. Lightly stir pears into dry ingredients.

  5. In a large bowl combine yogurt,oil,honey, & egg.

  6. Mix in flour mixture until just comined. Spoon into muffin cups.

  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until done.
