Oven baked pork loin in pear cider

Recipe Ingredients for pear cider pork loin

440 g pork chop
2 onion
5 g garlic
2 pear
1.5 oz Hard Cider
0.5 stick stick butter
3 olive (14 g) oil (tbsp)
1 tbsp rosemary
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for pear cider pork loin

  1. Fry chopped onion until golden

  2. Fry garlic for 1 minute

  3. Put salt, pepper and rosemary on pork loin chops.

  4. Fry pork chops 2-3 minutes each side and add cider.

  5. Boil for 2 minutes and transfer to an oven. Put pears on top. Bake until tender.
