1/2 cup raw spinach
1/2 pear
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tsp dried cranberries
2 tsp cheese
1 tsp olive oil

  1. light layer of greens on small plate

  2. core and slice pear, use 1/2 per person

  3. toast walnuts and sprinkle

  4. cut cheese into small pieces or sprinkle crumbled cheese

  5. sprinkle dried cranberries

  6. drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil

  7. serve chilled
