Recipe Ingredients for Pear bran muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat bran
2 tablespoons Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 Bosc pear
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Pear bran muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and Dry ingredients in another. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add wet, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

  2. Bake 20 min.
