Recipe Ingredients for Pear Blackberry Crumb

1 pear
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup blueberry preserves
1/8 cup almonds
2 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Pear Blackberry Crumb

  1. Thinly slice pear and arrange on a buttered round baking dish. Sprinkle blackberries over the surface.

  2. Mix in crushed almonds, brown sugar and oatmeal then add butter.

  3. Drop by small dolops the preserves over the top.

  4. Put crushed almond mixture on the top.

  5. Drizzle with Amareto and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.
