A nice shake. Not much in nutrition, but at least it has fiber.

Recipe Ingredients for Pear Apple Shake

3 apples
140 g dark sweet cherries
1 pear
10 oz. cranberry juice
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 oz vanilla

Recipe Directions for Pear Apple Shake

  1. Pour 10 oz. cranberry juice in blender/juicer.

  2. Core 3 apples and place in blender juicer.

  3. Core 1 pear and place in blender juicer.

  4. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

  5. Add .25 oz (or a capful) of vanilla extract

  6. Place in juicer and blend as appropriate to your juicer.
