Recipe Ingredients for Peanutty Coleslaw

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
16 ounce shredded coleslaw mix
3/4 cup peanuts, lightly salted

Recipe Directions for Peanutty Coleslaw

In large bowl, whisk together first 10 ingredients. Add coleslaw mix, stirring to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
