Recipe Ingredients for Peanut?Oats Breakfast Pudding

1/4 c nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 c water
1/4 c rolled oats
1 tbsp plain yogurt, low fat
1 tbsp finely chopped peanuts

Recipe Directions for Peanut?Oats Breakfast Pudding

  1. In a 4-cup, microwave-safe bowl or mixing cup, whisk 2 Tbsp of the dry milk with the peanut butter until creamy. While whisking, gradually add the water and remaining dry milk. Keep whisking until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the oats.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape. Microwave on high power for 1 minute. Reduce the power to medium and cook for about 90 seconds, or until creamy. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a cereal bowl. Top with yogurt and peanuts.
