Peanut sauce noodles with chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut udon

200 grams Udon noodles
1 carrot
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp hot sauce
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp ginger
100 serving vegetable stock
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 cup chicken thighs
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup cilantro
1 cup bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Peanut udon

  1. Combine everything except chicken, carrots, cilantro, peanuts, bean sprouts and udon noodles. Set aside

  2. Cook carrots and chicken, add bean sprouts in a frying pan.

  3. Add sauce and noodles, cook 5 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle cilantro, peanuts and onions
