Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Tofu Noodle Stir Fry

0.175 package Extra Firm
1.695 tbsp dry PB2
8 oz Tofu Shirataki (Spaghetti Shaped Noodle Substitute)
0.309 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red

Recipe Directions for Peanut Tofu Noodle Stir Fry

Rinse and dry shiritaki. Microwave and dry again. Begin cooking tofu with half of peanut sauce and seasoning. Add eggplant and peppers. Add noodles and beans. Add remainder of peanut sauce, removing from heat soon after.
