Recipe Ingredients for Peanut and Sesame Noodles

1 lb whole wheat pasta
1 tbs sesame oil
3 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs ginger root, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbs hot water
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tbs low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbs vinegar, red-wine
6 scallions, chopped
1 c red cabbage
1 c peanuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Peanut and Sesame Noodles

  1. Cook pasta

  2. Combine next 8 ingredients, mix until peanut butter is dissolved.

  3. Add sauce to drained pasta, toss until fully coated.

  4. Stir in scallions and cabbage; top with peanuts.
