Delicious Thai-style peanut sauce-- good over chicken, veggies, or anything else! Fresh flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Sause, Asian

1 medium ONION, chopped
4 cloves GARLIC, minced
1 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 cup natural PEANUT BUTTER
1 cup hot WATER
1/2 tsp CURRY POWDER
1 tbsp FRESH GINGER
3 tbsp SOY SAUCE
1 tbsp SESAME OIL
1 dash of CAYENNE Pepper

Recipe Directions for Peanut Sause, Asian

  1. Saute the onions & garlic in the olive olive until onions are translucent.

  2. Stir in the other ingredients, and mix together until smooth (I think gradually/ alternately mixing the PB and hot H2o w/the onion/garlic, and then adding the rest is a good strategy)

  3. Simmer 5-7 minutes on med-high heat, stirring often

  4. Serve over noodles, stir-fries, or vegetables.
