Recipe Ingredients for peanut sauce with tofu and veggies

13 ounces firm tofu
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup carrots
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup edamame

Recipe Directions for peanut sauce with tofu and veggies

  1. mix soy sauce, peanut butter, vinaigrette, garlic

  2. add 2 tbsp water

  3. pat tofu cut into bite size cubes pat again

  4. toss in sauce place in fridge marinate

  5. saute tofu and sauce

  6. add veggies saute

  7. put on brown rice.....not added into calorie count
