Use less broth for a thicker dipping sauce for chicken. Adjust pepper seeds to taste and use natural peanut butter for healthier version. Add veggies for a wonderful protein packed stir fry.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Peanut Sauce

  1. Place ingredients in microwave safe bowl.

  2. Whisk lightly.

  3. Cover lightly and microwave for 2 minutes.

  4. Stir and serve hot with pasta or as dipping sauce.
