delicious thai peanut sauce, serve with rice noodles, steamed veggies, chicken, shrimp or whatever!!

Recipe Ingredients for peanut sauce

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1/8 cup lime juice
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for peanut sauce

  1. mash garlic clove to paste

  2. mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth

  3. add enough water to make the consistency right for you

  4. hints- use chili garlic paste in lieu of hot sauce or fish sauce in lieu of soy. Add more or less lime to your liking.

  5. best to serve with rice noodles and steamed asian veggies. you deserve this.
