Recipe Ingredients for Peanut sauce

4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 spring onion, chopped
1/4 cup water, boiling

Recipe Directions for Peanut sauce

  1. Mix it all!

  2. Microwave on high 1 minute.

  3. Stir.

  4. Mircowave again for thirty seconds if needed.

  5. Eat with rice rolls.
