1/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/2 cup light coconut milk
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon ginger
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for peanut sauce

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Add garlic if desired. Serve warm or cold.
