Basic peanut sauce good on noodles, rice, stir-fried veggies or even cold on salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Sauce 1

4 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Better Than Sour Cream (imitation sour cream)
1 dash hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Peanut Sauce 1

Mix together all ingredients in small bowl. Will make thick sauce that will thin if poured over wet veggies, rice or noodles. May need to add water to thin it out slightly if what you are putting it on is relatively dry.
