Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Noodles with Chicken and Veggies

4 tbsp Simply Creamy Peanut Butter
16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
1 tsp Ginger Root
8 oz Spaghetti
24 cups Stir Fry Vegetables with Sno Peas

Recipe Directions for Peanut Noodles with Chicken and Veggies

  1. Cook the noodles until not quite done - about 1 minute less than recommended,

  2. Poach the chicken in water 10 - 12 minutes, until no longer pink inside. Remove to cutting board and when cool enough cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, garlic-chile sauce, and ginger in small bowl.

  4. Add vegetables to spaghetti and cook until just tender. Drain the spaghetti and veggies, reserving 1 cup of the liquid.

  5. Stir the reserved water into the peanut butter mixture. Add the pasta, chicken and veggies.

  6. Serve immediately
