Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Honey Granola Bars

2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
2 tbsp Flax seed meal
56 7/10 grams Protein Powder
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Cranberries
1/2 cup Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Peanut Honey Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Heat honey, peanut butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over low to medium-low heat.

  3. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.

  4. Spread the oats and nuts in a baking pan and place in oven just until toasted. Approximately 5-10 minutes.

  5. Combine oats, nuts and cranberries in a medium bowl. Once combined add the honey mixture over the top and stir with a wooden spoon.

  6. Pour into baking dish lined with parchment and spread evenly. Should be about 1/4" thick.

  7. Carefully lift out parchment and set on cooling rack. Flip after about 30 minutes.

  8. Once cooled cut into 16 squares.
