Dressing for the Seared Ahi Tuna & Spring Greens salad

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Dressing

2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Peanut Dressing

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl, add peanut butter, vinegar, honey sauce, soy sauce, and water

  2. Mix with a wire whip until peanut butter is all in tiny pieces throughout the mix

  3. Add the sugar, slat and cayenne and continue to mix with a wire whip

  4. Add the sesame and canola oils and with a burr mixer blend until you have a smooth creamy and solid in color dressing

  5. Portion into 2 oz souffle cups and leave out at room temperature until used
