Recipe Ingredients for Peanut coleslaw

8 oz yogurt, fat free
1/2 cup mayonnaise, low fat
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs vinegar, white wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 cups cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
77 g green apple, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
1 carrot, shredded

Recipe Directions for Peanut coleslaw

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl add together all the other ingredients. Combine all ingredients together, toss well. Chill for at least 1 hour. Toss again and serve.
