Peanut and Chicken Stirfry with Whole Wheat Pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut and Chicken Stirfry with Whole Wheat Pasta

1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp peanuts
2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
1 tsp chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
1 oz sliced onions
1/2 oz grilled chicken
1/2 oz chilli
1 oz mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Peanut and Chicken Stirfry with Whole Wheat Pasta

  1. Cook Pasta and set aside

  2. Prepare ingredients & set aside (chopped garlic, sliced mushrooms, peanuts, onions, chilli)

  3. Sautee garlic, sliced onions, chilli in olive oil fro 5 minutes

  4. add soy sauce

  5. add chicken, chickpeas, mushrooms and peanuts

  6. sautee for 5 minutes

  7. Add cooked pasta and add to sauce

  8. stirfry for 5 minutes
