Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Chicken Stir Fry

12 g(8 g) Cornstarch
0.75 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
4 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
20 oz Chicken Breast Tenderloins
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 cup Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Peanut Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Combine cornstarch, chicken broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, and pepper.

  2. Stir-fry chicken in 1-1/2 tsp oil until no longer pink.

  3. Remove chicken.

  4. Stir fry vegetables 3 minutes.

  5. Add mushrooms to vegetables and stir fry 3 more minutes.

  6. Add garlic, stir fry 1 more minute.

  7. Add cornstarch mixture into pan.

  8. Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 more minutes.

  9. Add chicken, heat thoroughly.
