my own recipe, use sriracha chili sauce found at any Asian foods mart.

Recipe Ingredients for peanut chicken

2 cups cooked short-grain rice
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 lb chicken
1/2 cup water
1 cup mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for peanut chicken

  1. cube chicken into bite-size pieces and cook in water.

  2. mix in veggies, peanut butter, and chili sauce

  3. serve over rice.
