Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter'ish Oatmeal Cookies - ONLY 1 Weight Watchers Point

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/8 cup (egg beaters) egg substitute
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter'ish Oatmeal Cookies - ONLY 1 Weight Watchers Point

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then combine. Divide dough into 12 balls, place on sprayed pan and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 for 8-11 min.
