Recipe Ingredients for Peanut butter veggie chicken soup

8 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 cup chicken breast
1 cup potatoe
1 cup carrot
1 cup zucchini
1 cup broccoli
1 cup tomatoe
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
2 clove garlic
1/2 cup reduced fat Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter veggie chicken soup

  1. 1.In a large stock pot, combine the broth, chicken, potatoes, and carrots. Bring the soup to a boil, and then reduce heat to medium. Cook for about 10 minutes, till vegetables are tender.

  2. 2.Add zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Simmer for about 8 minutes.

  3. 3.Add peanut butter, parsley, salt, and pepper; stir until peanut butter is fully blended. Simmer for 3 minutes longer.
