Sugary, delicious... but fattening, there's no such thing as diet fudge! Lol.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge

1 c. butter, melted & cooled
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

tbsp: cocoa powder:

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge

  1. Combine all ingredients, in a medium mixing bowl, except 3 tbsp. cocoa powder. Beat well.

  2. Pour 3/4 of mixture into a buttered 8x8 pan (approx. 2" deep).

  3. Add cocoa, one tbsp. at a time, to remaining mixture in mixing bowl, mix well.

  4. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut-butter mixture in pan in a diagonal criss-cross pattern. cut lines through with a knife to swirl, refrigerate until set.

  5. Cut into 36 pieces (5 lines horizontally & vertically). Enjoy!
