Peanut Butter, Almond and Oatmeal Snack Bars

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Snack Bars

3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Snack Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mix wet ingredients.

  4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.

  5. Pour into a 913 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.

  7. Cut into 16 squares.
