Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Sheetcake

1 cup oleo
1 cup water
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup oleo
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Sheetcake

  1. Bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients

  2. Remove from heat

  3. Mix and add remaining ingredients to the first mixture

  4. Put in a jellyroll pan

  5. Bake at 340 for 20 minutes

  6. For frosting, bring the topping ingredients to a boil

  7. Add 1 pound of powdered sugar

  8. Spread on hot cake
