Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Quick Bread

2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/2 cup peanut butter, Light, Smooth
1/4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Quick Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet to dry, stir until just smooth. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until bread is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
