Peanut Butter Pumpkin Puree Oatmeal - no artificial sugars! It's pretty sweet from the peanut butter alone in my opinion. You can also add vanilla extract :)

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Pumpkin Oatmeal

1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
2 tbsp of raisin
1/3 cup of water

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Pumpkin Oatmeal

  1. Put the oat meal, pumpkin puree, milk, and water into the bowl. Cook it in the microwave according to instructions. (I use instant oatmeal so I cook it for 1.5 to 2 minutes)

  2. Add peanut butter, ground cinnamon and raisin to your liking and enjoy! (nutty peanut butter adds a crunch)
