Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Protein Shake

2 scoops
10 Ice Cube
1 NLEA Serving
1 cup Water
3 1/2 oz
1 tbs
1 tsp Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Protein Shake

  1. Blend up tofu & water first.

  2. Add protein & jello

  3. Add ice cubes one at a time

  4. Add vanilla

  5. Enjoy
