1 scoop protein powder

Put the scoop of protein powder in a cup or bowl and add water, a tablespoon at a time, until it makes a thick gooey paste. Add the spoonful of peanut butter and mix well. It should look a bit like cookie dough. You can also drop this stuff by spoonful onto wax paper and freeze it to make candy-like cold treats.
