Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Protein balls

2 cups smooth peanut butter
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup flax seed
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
2/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups honey
2 tbs cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Protein balls

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, chocolate chips together.

  2. add 1 cup wheat germ

  3. add 1 cup flax seed

  4. add 1/3 cup coconut

  5. add 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

  6. Mix well it will be pasty and sticky

  7. in a seperate bowl mix remaining ingredients of wheat germ, flax seed, sunflower seeds and coconut.

  8. Scoop into balls the peanut butter mixture and then roll in the wheat germ mix until well coated. You can leave them in bals or flaten them into what ever shape. They are now ready to eat.
