you could substitute the peanut butter for natural peanut butter if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut butter pops

1 ripe banana
1/2 of a medium avocado
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tbsp milk or almond/soy milk to thin the mixture
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Peanut butter pops

Melt the chocolate over medium heat. In a blender or a food processor, combine all ingredients and a few splashes of milk. Blend until completely homogeneous, adding just enough milk to get the mixture to come together. In the end the mix should be about the consistency of thin pudding. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
