Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Pie

8 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
8 tbsp Regular Creamy
16 oz Whipped Topping Sugar Free
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 NLEA Serving Cook and Serve Pudding and Pie Filling Chocolate
4 oz In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
22 crackers Grahams Low Fat Honey

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Pie

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 cup Splenda until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread in the bottom of a 9" square pan. Sprinkle with 10 chopped peanut butter cups.

  2. In the mixing bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix, and remaining Splenda on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in remaining Cool Whip. Spread over peanut butter cups. Chop remaining peanut butter cups; sprinkle over the top. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Yield: 12-16 servings.
