Makes 10 quarter cup peanut butter pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Pancakes

1 1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Beat milk and peanut butter separately until well mixed.

  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry and mix until almost smooth, mixing as little as possible.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup onto griddle for each pancake and cook until edges are dry, then flip and cook over side until brown.
