A delicious, lightly chocolatey, 2-bite variation on the traditional Southern style Peanut Butter cookies. These dense treats are packed with YUM!

Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter-Nutella Crunch Cookies

1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
1 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
3 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
2 large Egg, Whole
1 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter-Nutella Crunch Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350, cookies will bake for 10 minutes.

  2. Combine Peanut Butter and Nutella in large mixing bowl and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave to soften.

  3. Lightly beat eggs separately and add to the peanut butter and Nutella.

  4. Crush peanuts, add to bowl.

  5. Add oats, flour, and approximately 1 tbsp water.

  6. Dough will be dense, so stir until all ingredients are mixed together well.

  7. Form dough into small balls (no more than 1 tbsp of dough per ball, preferably a little less) with hands and place up to 8 cookie balls onto the baking tray at a time.

  8. Flatten the cookie dough balls with a fork, leaving a criss-cross pattern on top. Cookies should be about 1/4" tall at this point.

  9. Bake for 10 minutes. Their color will not alter much, no golden coloration, etc., so simply do the toothpick test to know when they are done. 10 minutes is perfect timing though.
