Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Butter Muffins

1 egg
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Peanut Butter Muffins

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Melt butter

  3. Add peanut butter and stir until mixed

  4. Add egg and soy milk, mix

  5. Add wet mix to dry mix

  6. Stir until just blended

  7. Add to muffin tin and bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes
